The University of New Hampshire is conducting a research study deploying autonomous home robots to assist older adults with dementia in activities of daily living. This part‑time adjunct hourly role is based in Durham, NH and focuses on software development and deployment tasks.

Responsibilities include writing code to expand the existing framework, maintaining software, conducting home deployments, troubleshooting, and data analysis for dissemination.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in robotics or a related discipline.
• Experience with robotics projects and software development is expected.
• Familiarity with ROS2 and scalable robot software.
• Excellent problem solving and data analysis abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Write new code to expand the existing software framework.
• Maintain the current software.
• Make deployment visits to participants' homes.
• Troubleshoot the system as needed.
• Collect and analyze data for dissemination.
