Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize robot programs for material handling, assembly, painting, and packaging.
• Validate designs using robot simulation software and test programs before deployment.
• Lead process engineering for overall system design, tooling, and cycle-time validation.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering and Sales to engineer and propose robot systems using 3D CAD and simulations.
• Validate layouts and optimize robot placement with mechanical engineers.
• Program and integrate vision systems and inspection tools with PLCs and controls.
• Conduct FATs and on-site testing, serving as the main technical contact.
• Coordinate with other robot programmers on large projects and provide customer training.
