Job summary

Mind Robotics is hiring a DevOps Engineer to design and run scalable cloud infrastructure for robotic systems at scale. You’ll build IaC with Terraform, develop CI/CD pipelines, and automate deployments across labs and production fleets.

You’ll work across software, ML, and robotics teams to improve reliability, security, and observability while reducing costs. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in DevOps/SRE roles, strong Linux skills, and hands-on cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps/Platform or SRE/Infrastructure roles.
• Strong Linux administration experience.
• Hands-on with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.
• Terraform IaC experience preferred.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Buildkite).
• Configuration management and automation tooling expertise.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation.
• Monitoring/logging with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.
• Solid networking, security, auth, and distributed systems knowledge.
• Able to troubleshoot production systems under constraints.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Build and maintain Terraform-based IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate deployments across development and production environments.
• Improve build systems, artifact management, and release workflows.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized services for robotics software.
• Monitor health and performance with modern observability tools.
• Enhance reliability, security, and disaster recovery processes.
• Develop internal tooling to boost engineering productivity.
• Collaborate with robotics and ML teams to enable reproducible environments.
• Support simulation infra and large-scale testing pipelines.
