Brenton LLC, a division of ProMach, is seeking a qualified mechanical assembler for our Alexandria, MN facility on the first shift. You will perform mechanical and some electrical assembly, read drawings, and assist in testing and adjusting the machines.

• 2-year technical college degree required or equivalent.
• 2–4 years mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical capability or capacity to learn.
• Solid mechanical problem‑solving skills.
• Potential to be a motivator/leader.
• Professional communication, attitude and image.
• Educator – good verbal and written presentation, organized, good planner, good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and some electrical assembly operations.
• Read and understand assembly drawings, adhere to customer specifications, and assist in testing and final adjustments.
• Fit and align all components on a machine, follow and adhere to quality and assembly standards.
• Must be forklift certified.
• Assist in installation, start-up and training of Orion machines and systems.
