Job summary

Tsmg is looking for Robotics Operations Technicians in Austin, Texas to support daily robot deployment and testing activities across various robotics programs. The successful candidate will ensure robotic systems operate safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

You will operate and monitor robotic systems, perform troubleshooting, conduct inspections, and assist with operational readiness checks, all while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with robotics, automation, AV/ADAS, or industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with operating procedures and quality systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor robotic systems during testing and production activities.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections.
• Support robot deployment, setup, and operational readiness checks.
• Collect operational data and maintain activity logs.
• Escalate technical issues to engineering teams.
