Qualifications

• Independent researcher with a track record in ML or robotics.
• Experience deploying deep learning on physical robots.
• Ability to quickly design and run experiments and interpret results.
• Experience with ML tooling and Python software stacks.

Responsibilities

• Chart research direction: establish long term roadmap.
• Own a research direction end to end: hypothesis, data, training, deployment.
• Architectural experimentation: WAMs, VLAs, push beyond SOTA.
• Help architect the data roadmap: demonstrations, egocentric data, RL.
• Evaluation: deploy models on robots, metrics, refine behavior.
• Write great software: ML infra and research code for experimentation and production.
