Qualifications

• MS or PhD in machine learning, computer science, robotics, or related field.
• Strong practical experience in training and deploying ML models for real‑world tasks.
• Deep RL/IL knowledge and robotics applications.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
• Experience with data collection, preprocessing, and management for ML.
• Self‑starter with ability to identify problems and execute solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML algorithms, focusing on RL and IL for robotic manipulators.
• Translate objectives into ML problems and deploy scalable models to real robots.
• Integrate ML solutions into existing robotics workflows for simulated and real‑world use.
• Drive research‑to‑practice by applying latest ML advances to robotic manipulation.
• Own ML projects from conception to deployment and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure seamless ML integration.
