Job summary

Lozier is seeking a Welder for a manufacturing environment. You will perform welding operations, read blueprints, set up equipment, and ensure quality and safety throughout production.

The role includes working with robotic welding systems and participating in process improvements while maintaining equipment and documentation. A high school diploma and welding experience are preferred, with benefits including health, retirement, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred.
• Experience in welding in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of weld symbols, tolerances, and metallurgy basics; familiarity with inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to perform welding operations.
• Set up welding equipment, select materials, and perform welding safely and efficiently.
• Inspect welds for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Maintain welding equipment and perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements; collaborate with teams to drive improvements.
• Operate robotic welding systems, program and troubleshoot as needed.
