You will work closely with QA to maintain quality and with operations to meet shipping deadlines. The role emphasizes hands-on hardware work, safe handling of tools, and reliable, timely communication within a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment.
• Able to follow detailed assembly procedures with precision.
• Comfort with hardware, tools, and production testing.
• Reliability in meeting deadlines and strong communication.
• Willingness to work in Mountain View office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations by assisting technicians with assembly, testing, and production of drones and landing pads.
• Work closely with QA engineer to uphold quality standards and catch issues before they impact production or shipping.
• Coordinate with operations associates and QA engineers in packing crates and smaller packages to meet shipping deadlines.
• Assist in 3D printing, creating labels and shipping, and office operations as needed.
• Move and organize inventory, unpack incoming packages, and update company software.
