Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to stock, issue, and maintain equipment and tools needed to keep the production line running, including running trial builds and experiments to validate new processes and designs. This onsite Salem, OR role supports robotics production and requires safety-first, hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, maintenance, or a technical role.
• Experience in ESDS environments is a plus.
• Strong tool-handling, mechanical and electronics aptitude.
• Ability to read manuals and follow troubleshooting procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Jira; team player.

Responsibilities

• Stock, issue, and maintain equipment and tools for the production line.
• Run trial builds and experiments to validate new processes and designs.
• Maintain tool crib, safety stock, and equipment logs.
• Coordinate tool calibration and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve issues.
• Document processes and support verification/testing of tooling.
