Tutor is an AI robotics company that builds and deploys autonomous robots in factories and warehouses. In this field service role, you will travel across the Southeast, owning your territory from metro Atlanta to Doral/Miami and the Carolinas, serving customers directly with no office overhead and acting as the face of Tutor on site.
You’ll perform hands-on electrical, software, and mechanical work daily, root-causing failures and feeding insights back to product teams.

Deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced robots running in customer facilities across the Southeast. You own your territory: metro Atlanta (Fairburn, Buford, Social Circle), plus travel to Florida (Doral/Miami) and the Carolinas (Raleigh, NC; Fountain Inn, SC). No office, no manager on your shoulder — you're the face of Tutor to your customers and the person they call when something breaks. Every failure you root-cause feeds straight into the next generation of the product.

Level II: ~2+ years with industrial automation, robotics, conveyors, packaging equipment, AGVs/AMRs, CNC, or similar.
Level III: ~5+ years, with a track record of leading tough diagnostics and being the person peers escalate to.
Linux · ROS · networking · scripting (Python/Bash) · robotics or automation experience · field service experience · bilingual (English/Spanish) · military technical background · startup experience · fabrication/machining/welding/3D printing.
