  • Develop on-device systems for robotics software integration, local data buffering, and edge-side communications.
  • Design and operate secure, low-latency data pipelines between robot fleets, cloud infrastructure, and web platforms.
  • Build OTA update systems for deploying software safely and reliably to robots in the field.
  • Create telemetry, logging, monitoring, alerting, and fleet dashboard capabilities across devices and cloud systems.
  • Improve reliability, performance, resource usage, resilience, and uptime in real-world deployments.
  • Collaborate with autonomy, hardware, deployment, and web product teams on fleet-scale capabilities.
What We're Looking For
  • Three to ten years of experience in robotics or IoT infrastructure engineering.
  • Production experience with C++ and Go, alongside embedded or edge-device development.
  • Experience building edge-to-cloud data pipelines and deploying or managing OTA update systems for device fleets.
  • Experience building fleet observability, including telemetry, monitoring, alerting, and dashboards.
  • Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS or GCP, Terraform, and Docker.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols such as MQTT, gRPC, or WebSockets.
  • Experience driving projects across hardware and software teams, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
