Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial robotics integration experience.
• FANUC programming and commissioning experience (TP/KAREL, RoboGuide) required.
• Working experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLC integration required.
• Understanding of robot safety standards and DCS configuration.

Responsibilities

• Program, integrate, and commission FANUC robotic work cells (handling, welding, palletizing, inspection).
• Build and simulate cells in RoboGuide; design EOAT and tooling interfaces.
• Configure robot safety (DCS / Safe I/O) and integrate with PLC controls.
• Interface robots with vision systems, conveyors, and line equipment.
• Commission on-site, optimize cycle times, and support customer startup.
• Document programs, I/O, and safety configurations.
