Job summary

Intelligent Solutions Group in Urbandale, IA is seeking a Robotics Engineer to join the team and drive perception solutions across platforms. You will focus on C++ development for embedded applications, integrating advanced algorithms into software running on dedicated hardware.

Applicants should have strong experience in OO programming, scripting, and image processing tools, with a solid track record in software product development and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with C++ or other Object-Oriented languages.
• Experience with software product development through practical work experiences, internships or academic experience.
• Experience in roles that required demonstration of excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening and presentation).
• Experience in scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash, etc.).
• Experience with MQTT, UDP, TCP/IP,CAN networking communication protocols.
• Experience applying Image processing, OpenCV, Robotics Workbench, Matlab Image Processing Toolbox Applications, Machine Learning, Caffe, or TensorFlow.
