Qualifications

• Comfort with computers and math to read drawings, review specs, and report line performance.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays and OT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple automated machines and robotic systems to maintain production flow.
• Enforce safety, quality, and 5S; document incidents and maintenance actions.
• Record production data in the quality database and monitor line performance.
• Perform routine maintenance, support trial runs, and assist upgrades as needed.
• Support forklift operation and cover breaks to keep production steady.
