Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Distribution Specialist to accurately fulfill customer orders from the Consolidated Service Center (CSC) and support multiple departments including Customer Service, Logistics and Transportation. You will operate material handling equipment, RF and ring scanners, and support AMR robotic picking across the CSC.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, experience in order fulfillment, and familiarity with warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picks customer orders using WMS, robotics, and MHE.
• Sorts totes and cases for palletization.
• Moves outbound orders to shipping dock area.
• Performs order induction for LUM robotic picking.
• Resolves order errors prior to shipment.
• Prepares and loads pallets onto delivery trucks.
• Overtime and/or weekends may be required.
• Maintains safety rules to ensure a safe workplace.
