Job summary

Tsmg is looking for Robotics Operations Technicians in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will support the daily deployment, testing, and operations of robotic systems across various programs.

The ideal candidate will perform troubleshooting, conduct inspections, and assist in the operational readiness of robots. Technical aptitude and the ability to work in varied environments are essential. Experience with robotics or industrial equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with robotics, automation, AV/ADAS, or industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with operating procedures and quality systems.
• Comfortable working in warehouse, laboratory, or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor robotic systems during testing and production activities.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections.
• Support robot deployment, setup, and operational readiness checks.
• Collect operational data and maintain activity logs.
