Job summary

Impact Kids in Wisconsin is seeking a Robotics Instructor to lead robotics, coding, and technology sessions for children aged 4–18. You will create engaging lessons, supervise groups, and maintain a safe, fun learning environment. A minimum of 2 years with children and 1–5 years teaching robotics or coding is required.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must pass a child abuse clearance and criminal background checks, and be ready to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children.
• Robotics, programming and coding teaching experience (1-5 years).
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students while delivering robotics, coding, and technology instruction.
• Create daily lesson plans for ages 4–18 with varying abilities.
• Maintain safety, behavior and group management.
• Collaborate with Activity Specialists and leadership.
• Uphold Impact Kids Code of Conduct and core values.
