Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist to join our Technology Launch team in the US. You will promote and support technology-centric product launches at key accounts, educating and training stakeholders to achieve program goals.

Responsibilities include developing account launch plans, leading surgical teams through ROSA system training, onboarding new accounts with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service, and delivering high-quality clinical support and admin duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, marketing, or technical discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or 1 year orthopedic sales/case coverage experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific launch plans to enable sustainable support for new technologies.
• Lead surgical teams through training to educate surgeons, staff, and administrators on ROSA system and other technologies.
• Onboard new accounts with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service to install systems, provide in-service, and train staff.
• Provide clinical support during enabling technology cases and upgrade advanced technologies as required.
• Handle key administration duties and maintain QA-compliant communications.
• Support high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses and professional communication.
• Attend required annual trainings.

What You Can Expect

The Robotics Clinical Sr Specialist is apart of our Technology Launch team and will promote and support technology centric product launches at key customer accounts. As part of the program development team, the Robotics Clinical Specialist will educate, train, and assist key stakeholders of sustainable use of technology helping customers achieve their technology program goals.

How You'll Create Impact

• Develop account specific launch plan to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies
• Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA™ system and other technologies
• Partners with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, including attend system installation, provide in-service to relevant facility staff, train local implant sales colleagues and provide clinical support during enabling technology cases
• Supports advanced technology upgrades as required
• Responsible for key administration duties
• Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances.
• Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA).
• Attend annual trainings as required

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred or a mix of education and experience considered.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or one year of orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience preferred

Travel Expectations

• Up to 75% travel

Base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 USD with a $75,000 USD incentive.
