Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or PhD in robotics, electrical, mechanical, or computer engineering or computer science.
• Extensive experience leading technical engineering teams.
• Proven experience with Product Development Lifecycle projects; leadership to meet strategic goals.
• Leadership in Autonomous/Robotics with customer challenges awareness.

Responsibilities

• Strategic owner for robotics planning and data pipeline system and software development from conception to lifecycle management.
• Manage engineering staff and activities focusing on goals, development, and continuous improvement.
• Empower engineers to achieve enterprise objectives while supporting individual career growth.
• Monitor and improve product and process performance, quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide leadership to create and maintain software/systems development processes.
• Outline strategy/roadmap and drive execution with cross-team alignment.
• Communicate roadmaps and priorities to stakeholders across the company.
