  • Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for system improvement.
Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute to technical roadmaps and architectural evolution.
  • Improve development processes, deployment pipelines, and engineering standards.
  • Evaluate new technologies and frameworks.
  • Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge across teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Java or Kotlin. Familiarity with Flutter/Dart also desirable.
  • Experience building distributed systems and APIs (Kafka, MQTT)
  • Experience with key value stores (Redis) and NOSQL.
  • Understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with warehouse automation, logistics, supply chain, robotics, or industrial systems.
  • Experience building event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with real-time operational systems.
  • Familiarity with robotics platforms or fleet management systems.
  • Experience with simulation environments or digital twins.
  • Knowledge of optimization, routing, scheduling, or resource allocation systems.
