Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo US is seeking a Senior Robotics Automation Engineer to lead design, integration, and optimization of robotic lab systems in our Smart Research Laboratory. Qualifications

Experience in biopharma or related advanced lab automation environments required.
Ability to lead automation projects from concept to deployment and handoff.
Proficiency with automation platforms and instrument-control environments.

Responsibilities

Lead design, integration, testing, and lifecycle management of robotic lab workcells.
Serve as senior technical authority on automation platforms and workflows.
Collaborate with scientists and IT to translate needs into scalable solutions.
Evaluate, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain automation systems and devices.
Mentor junior engineers and ensure high-quality documentation and validation.
