Ideal candidates are pursuing a 4-year engineering degree, have a 3.0+ GPA, and show interest in robotics, automation, and manufacturing. Strong communication and safety awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in 4-year Engineering degree program
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Basic Knowledge of programming concepts, such as variables, logic statements, loops, functions, and debugging
• Interest in robotics, controls, automation, or industrial manufacturing
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, or process documentation
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• You will be guided by structural goals and objectives and will have a responsibility to deliver on inspiring projects.
• You will be assigned to a technical project in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering disciplines
• You will receive coaching, mentoring, and direction from your manager
