Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a creative Technical Program Manager to drive robotics initiatives across foundation models, simulation-to-real workflows, and edge deployment. This on-site role is in Santa Clara, CA, requiring 2 days per week onsite.

You will own end-to-end program execution across research, engineering and product teams to ship robotics software at scale, challenge assumptions, and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, or related field.
• 8+ years in Technical Program Management delivering software products.
• Hands-on robotics experience with simulation-based development and edge deployment.
• Strong software development and Agile knowledge; capable of architectural review.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution for robotics software initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product, simulation, training, deployment, and on-robot validation.
• Provide independent technical perspective and challenge assumptions.
• Drive PLC improvements and lead release planning; triage blockers and communicate status.
