Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating robotic welding equipment in a manufacturing setting.

• Comfort using basic production reporting software on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welding cells safely and efficiently.
• Load/unload parts, fixtures, and raw materials.
• Set up machines and perform changeovers for different runs.
• Monitor weld quality and adjust parameters within guidelines.
• Inspect welds for conformance to specs and dimensions.
• Perform basic maintenance and replace consumables as needed.
• Read blueprints and measure parts with standard tools.
• Document production and quality data accurately.
