Job summary

W3Global seeks a Robotic Welding Technician to support precision aerospace/defense components in a high-reliability shop. You will operate and troubleshoot robotic welding cells, assist with FANUC programming, and work with Fronius and Miller Electric systems.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, welding symbols, and GD&T, plus performing quality checks and process development in collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of robotic welding or automated manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on experience with FANUC robotic systems.
• Experience with Fronius and/or Miller Electric welding equipment.
• Strong knowledge of MIG/GMAW welding, fixturing, and weld sequencing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, weld symbols, and GD&T.
• Experience with aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic welding cells.
• Assist with programming and optimizing FANUC robotic welding programs.

• Perform fit-up inspections and in-process quality checks.
