Job summary

The ideal candidate has welding experience, is proficient with reading drawings, and has hands-on experience with ABB robotics.

Qualifications

• Reading drawings, prints, and weld standards are expected.
• 6 months of welding experience required.
• 1 year of robotic welding experience required.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights or weekends, if required.

Responsibilities

• Load, operate, and maintain robotic plasma and weld cells.
• Operate crane, forklift, and other heavy equipment.
• Operate robotic cells according to production schedules and SOPs.
• Load raw materials and components into fixtures or machines.
• Monitor plasma and weld quality and perform basic inspections.
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Document production data and report issues to supervisors or maintenance.
