Location: Easley, SC Pay: $23.00–$28.00/hour (Depending on Experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed) Position Type: Direct Hire

As a Robotic Welding Operator, you'll operate collaborative robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality structural steel components while supporting production goals and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate robotic welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Load and unload structural steel components into welding fixtures.
Monitor automated welding cycles and ensure consistent production.
Inspect finished parts for weld quality, fit, and overall conformance.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production instructions.
Perform basic machine setup, fixture changes, and program selection.
Troubleshoot minor equipment or production issues and report larger concerns.
Complete routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
Maintain production and quality documentation.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of manufacturing or production experience.
Experience operating robotic welding equipment, automated machinery, or similar production equipment preferred.
Basic understanding of MIG welding and weld quality.
Ability to read blueprints and production drawings.
Experience using tape measures, gauges, and other measuring tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience operating robotic welding systems or collaborative robots (cobots).
Structural steel or metal fabrication experience.
Welding experience or AWS certification is a plus.
Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus.
Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Safely work around automated machinery and welding equipment.
Work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and required PPE.
