Job summary

We Love AI Jobs is seeking a Field Service Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Path Robotics’ AI-driven welding systems at customer sites in the Pittsburgh area.

You will integrate welding cells into manufacturing processes, support engineering teams, and travel 75%+ to client locations, ensuring high equipment availability and performance. Fluency in English is preferred and on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Technical training or associate degree in engineering tech or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems in manufacturing.
• Welding experience desirable but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English; Spanish desirable.
• Willingness to travel 75%+.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a state-of-the-art multi-robotic welding system.
• Load, monitor, and inspect welded assemblies with robotic vision and sensors.
• Accurately manage inventory of parts and completed assemblies.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automation equipment at customer sites.
• Record and analyze data to facilitate engineering-driven issue resolution.
• Interface with customers to optimize equipment efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering resources to troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Travel extensively (75%+) to customer sites.
