Job summary

TOPS Staffing, LLC in Glenshaw, PA is seeking a Robotic Welder to join a Pittsburgh-area manufacturing facility. The role offers a 7am–3:30pm shift, Monday–Friday, and a pay rate of $20–$23 per hour. This is an on-site opportunity with potential for growth within a fast-paced team.

You will weld with MIG/TIG processes on Aluminum, Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel, program and operate robotic systems, and read blueprints to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.

Qualifications

• Education or training in Robotic Welding.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Prior experience programming industrial robots.
• Familiarity with MIG and TIG welding of Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Carbon Steel.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of fabrication techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, including familiarity with robot peripheral set-up.

What You’ll Do:

As a Robotic Welder, you will create high-quality welds according to detailed blueprints and Welding symbols, ensuring precision and compliance with specifications. Your expertise will help ensure our products meet the demanding needs of our clients, supporting the company's commitment to excellence in manufacturing.

Required Skills:

• Education or training in Robotic Welding
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Prior experience programming industrial robots
• Familiarity with welding equipment, tools, and procedures, especially MIG and TIG welding of Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Carbon Steel
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of fabrication techniques

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with first article inspection processes
