Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Robotic Weld Operator to set up, program, and run robotic welding cells for precision sheet metal components. You will load fixtures, adjust weld parameters, and monitor quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will read blueprints, use measuring tools, and work closely with engineers and team members to meet production goals while following safety protocols and participating in routine maintenance and cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications
