Qualifications

• MD or DO from accredited medical school.
• ABU board certification or eligibility in Urology.
• Oregon medical license and DEA certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality urological care using advanced facilities.
• Maintain a balanced call schedule (5-6 days/month) with extra call compensation.
• Participate in outpatient surgery management group.
