Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency.
• Fellowship training or robotic urologic surgery experience.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Eligible for state medical licensure in Massachusetts and hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide urologic surgical care including endoscopic, minimally invasive, open, laparoscopic and robotic procedures.
• Provide inpatient consultations and outpatient clinic care.
• Participate in shared urology call coverage.
• Collaborate with APPs, OR staff, anesthesia and nursing to optimize throughput and patient experience.
• Deliver evidence-based, cost-conscious care and participate in quality initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with referring providers and community specialists.
