Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with automated robotic painting systems.
• Strong knowledge of spray equipment and fluid delivery.
• Experience troubleshooting paint defects and adjusting parameters.
• Technical leadership in a startup manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to support first and second shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily painting operations across first and second shifts.
• Provide technical guidance to paint technicians and operators.
• Support startup activities, commissioning, and SOP development.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and production activities.
• Monitor performance and drive productivity improvements.
• Oversee robot programming, teaching, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure paint quality and process parameters are controlled.
