6 Degrees Search in Effingham, Illinois seeks an experienced OB/GYN physician to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including surgical procedures, in a physician-led setting. You will work with a strong referral network and mentorship in advanced robotic procedures.

The role offers a base salary of $300,000 in the first year, a $50,000 signing bonus, plus a $50,000 retention incentive over two years, with relocation assistance and CME/pTO support.
