Job Summary

Responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing robotic systems and automated equipment, ensuring a robust preventive maintenance program is in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot robotic systems and related components
  • Disassemble and repair robots and peripheral equipment
  • Maintain electromechanical equipment and perform preventive maintenance
  • Program and repair programmable controllers and robotic equipment
  • Document procedures, test results, and operational records
  • Assist in designing robotic systems and developing simulations
  • Work with engineers on system design and improvements
  • Maintain inventories and fabricate components as needed
  • Travel across multiple plant locations to support and maintain robotic systems
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED, with 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education
  • Preferred: Associate’s degree in Engineering or related field, with relevant experience
  • Intermediate computer skills; experience with ERP systems desired
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to lift 5-30 lbs regularly, up to 50+ lbs occasionally
  • Work involves standing, walking, climbing, and exposure to various environmental conditions
  • Must wear protective gear and work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts and travel
