Job summary

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible General Surgeon to join our San Francisco Bay Area network in Santa Clara, CA. The role offers access to the da Vinci Xi robotic system, partnership opportunities, and a path to practice growth in a premier multi-specialty group.

We provide a guaranteed two-year salary with a production bonus, shareholder-eligible opportunities after two years, relocation support, and flexible scheduling to support

Qualifications

• Board-certified General Surgeon with readiness to practice in a high-volume, multidisciplinary center.
• Experience in robotic-assisted surgery is preferred and valued.
• Ability to contribute to practice growth and clinical focus development.

Responsibilities

• Provide general surgery services in hospital and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with PAFMG colleagues and participate in call schedules (1:5 to 1:6).
• Contribute to patient care excellence and program growth.
