Job summary

Magna International’s Cosma division in Williamsburg, IA, seeks a Robotic Engineering Specialist to install, diagnose, and maintain automated equipment on a multi‑shift manufacturing line. You will apply robotics diagnostics, PLC programming, and control theory to support quality, productivity, and safety while collaborating with maintenance and production teams.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Associate degree or journeyperson status in maintenance electrician/robotic tech or 5+ years automation experience.
• Robotics diagnostics, motion control and PLC troubleshooting expertise.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, reports, and guidelines.
• Capability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights; varied shifts.
