Job summary

MEC (Mayville Engineering Company, Inc.) is seeking an entry-level manufacturing/production operator to operate basic machinery and assist with routine maintenance. You will follow SOPs, load/unload materials, monitor operations, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

Candidates should be able to work in a team, follow instructions, and use basic math and ERP tools. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates basic machinery in accordance with SOPs.
• Loads and unloads materials into machinery.
• Monitors machine operations and reports issues to supervisor.
• Performs routine checks and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Adheres to safety and company policies.
• Assists in troubleshooting machine issues.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
