Overview

Ram Jack Manufacturing is looking for a skilled Robot Welder to join our team. This position is a key part of our production process, using robotic welding equipment to ensure consistent, high-quality welds on structural steel components. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor robotic welding systems to ensure proper function and quality
• Keep robotic welders running efficiently throughout the shift
• Inspect welded parts and touch up any missed or defective welds manually
• Cut out or remove defective components using a cutting torch
• Load and unload materials or parts from welding fixtures
• Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments on robotic welding equipment
• Work with quality control to minimize downtime and defects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience with robotic welding equipment preferred
• Proficient in MIG welding and able to touch up welds as needed
• Hands‑on experience using a cutting torch to remove defective parts
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Welding certifications a plus

Compensation
