Job summary

Sunday Robotics in Redwood City is looking for hands-on technicians to join our team. You will help triage, repair, assemble, and bring up home robots on real systems, ensuring quality from subassemblies to completed units.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, solder where needed, and collaborate with engineers to advance our robotics roadmap while keeping a clean workspace and clear team communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience building and repairing robots.
• Deep understanding of robot systems and subsystems.
• Able to troubleshoot and follow instructions, escalate to engineers when needed.
• Able to solder.
• Able to follow SOP and assemble robots with high quality and efficiency.
• Good communication.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Help triaging and troubleshooting robots
• Repair & service robots
• Assemble robots & subassemblies
• Bringup robots
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Support robot R&D

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with building and repairing robots
• Deep and comprehensive understanding of the robot system/subsystem
• Able to troubleshoot and debug the robot following instructions, and escalate issues to engineers if necessary
• Able to solder
• Can follow SOP clearly and assemble the robots with high quality standard and high efficiency
• Good communication
• Comfortable with fast‑pace environment
