Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Robot Operator for the second shift at our Marietta facility. You will operate robotic palletizing equipment and coordinate pallet flow in the carousel area, ensuring labels are correct and pallets are prepared for downstream processes.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in manufacturing, English literacy, and basic math skills. Forklift and iMake system experience are a plus; overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must read and write English and perform routine math.
• Ability to respond quickly to problems or changes.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to stand/walk 8–12 hours.
• Experience with the iMake computer system is a plus.
• Able to operate forklift and manual floor jack.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends as needed.
• Able to interpret pallets/load patterns from computer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare palletizing area for daily work.
• Ensure materials are ready and staged around the carousel area.
• Coordinate with utility or Supervisor to obtain materials.
• Keep area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety, health and Company policies.
• Maintain GMP/Quality Control paperwork as required.
• Verify iMake label information is correct and readable on pallets.
• Operate forklift and manual floor jack as needed.
• Be able to backup as a utility.
• Interpret pallets or load patterns from computer.
• Operate stretch wrapper.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Lead or Line Supervisor.
