Job summary

Twin City Fan is seeking an entry-level Robot Operator for 2nd and 3rd shift in Mitchell, SD. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with shift differential and full-time employment.

You will perform basic machine setup, program adjustments, operation and maintenance; read blueprints and work orders; measure and inspect welded parts; maintain documentation; follow safety rules; and keep a clean workspace while upholding Twin City Fan Core Values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with up to 2 years of experience.
• Ability to read shop orders and blueprints, safety rules, and standard work instructions written in English.
• Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; ability to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Setup, program adjustments, operation and maintenance of the machine.
• Determine specifications from reading blueprints, work orders and standard instructions.
• Read weld symbols and tack.
• Measure, inspect and test completed metal products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Understand and follow plant safety guidelines and pass required safety training.
