Job summary

Service Robot Co. is seeking a field technician to visit customer sites in Santa Ana, install, maintain, and repair commercial robots on-site with remote specialist support. The role is contract-based with pay per work order, offering an hourly rate of $25 to $55.

You will perform on-site diagnostics, fix mechanical, electrical, and software issues, carry out scheduled maintenance, and document each visit with photos, notes, and customer sign-off. Training through the Service Robot Co.

Qualifications

• Practical experience fixing or maintaining equipment.
• Field service, appliance repair, low-voltage work, and facilities maintenance are useful backgrounds.
• Reliability, clear communication, and accurate job records.
• Willingness to ask for help and report mistakes.
• Availability to drive to customer sites, work in different weather conditions, and lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
