Job summary

Service Robot Co. in Lake Havasu City, AZ is hiring a field service technician to install, maintain, and repair commercial robots at customer sites.

This is a contract, paid per work order, on-site role with remote specialist support. You will carry out installations, diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and software issues, perform scheduled maintenance, document each visit with notes and photos, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

The role

Visit customer sites to install, maintain, and repair commercial robots. You will work on site with support from a remote specialist.

• Willingness to ask for help and report mistakes.
• Availability to drive to customer sites, work in different weather conditions, and lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Previous Robotics Experience Is Not Required.

Training

You will complete an online course through our Service Robot Co. Academy, followed by in-person training and the industry certifications needed for this role. The Academy is certificate training that we subsidize. Your first job is paid, with a specialist supporting you remotely.
