Training is provided online and in-person, with industry certifications supported. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, reliability, and safe operation in varying weather and environments.

Responsabilités

• Install robots and verify they operate correctly.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and software problems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on site.
• Explain issues and repairs to customers.
• Document each visit with photos, notes, and sign-off.
• Keep tools and spare parts organized and ready.

The role

Visit customer sites to install, maintain, and repair commercial robots. You will work on site with support from a remote specialist.

• Explain the problem and the repair to the customer.
• Record each visit with photos, job notes, and customer sign-off.
• Keep your tools and spare parts ready.
• Follow site and equipment safety procedures.

What we are looking for

• Reliability, clear communication, and accurate job records.
• Willingness to ask for help and report mistakes.
• Availability to drive to customer sites, work in different weather conditions, and lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Previous Robotics Experience Is Not Required.

Training

You will complete an online course through our Service Robot Co. Academy, followed by in-person training and the industry certifications needed for this role. The Academy is certificate training that we subsidize. Your first job is paid, with a specialist supporting you remotely.
