The role requires basic math, label reading, and teamwork to keep loading zones efficient and accurate throughout the shift. The position emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and adherence to dispatch times, with strong emphasis on working in varied temperatures and maintaining equipment in good condition.

Qualifications

• Able to operate a pallet jack and read label batches.
• Strong attention to detail for accuracy in wrapping and labeling.
• Ability to perform basic math operations (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Team oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wrap outbound orders in designated loading zones following company procedures.
• Build pallets securely from bottom to top to prevent damage.
• Notify supervisor of issues and maintain productive, timely work pace.
• Keep work area wrapped and organized to meet dispatch times.
• Verify header labels are in the upper right corner for easy locating.
• Unload trailers; assist loaders; handle pallets, blankets, straps and debris.
• Operate safely in extreme temperatures and maintain equipment cleanliness.
