The Roastery Barista will work under the Roastery Assistant Manager, maintaining quality, handling POS duties, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards in a mission-driven environment aimed at serving residents and the public.

Qualifications

• Be on time and ready to work at the assigned work location.
• Valid South Carolina driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Courteously greeting and assisting while anticipating customers’ needs
• Preparing and serving beverages by following Roastery-approved recipes
• Promoting and upselling menu options to customers
• Maintain knowledge of trends in the coffee industry
• Operate point of sale devices with financial accuracy
• Answer phone calls and communicate professionally
• Store opening/closing as scheduled
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
