Roark is looking for an analytically sharp and brand‑literate Ecommerce Merchandise Planner to own the digital product experience on our DTC channel. This role sits at the intersection of commerce and creativity – balancing hard data with sharp merchandising instincts to ensure the right product is in front of the right customer at the right time.
The Ecom Merchandiser will drive assortment strategy, site merchandising, inventory health, and end‑of‑life planning across the Roark digital storefront. You will work cross‑functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, and Operations to optimize both the customer experience and business performance.
This is an in‑office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in office in Irvine, CA with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 plus opportunity for annual bonus; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
