The ideal candidate has 1 year of RN experience, VA or Compact licensure, and may have prior charge nurse experience. Compensation is paid weekly with housing or stipends as applicable and access to Aya’s support network.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in VA or Compact License.
• 2 weeks or less licensing process for quick start.
• Prior charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in PCU.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and chart accurately in Epic.
• Support patient and family education and discharge planning.
